I just discovered it’s actually possible to work out, without really working out. So I guess it’s possible to virtually workout if you get yourself to believe that what you do in your normal life is a form of exercise. Mind-set matters: exercise and the placebo effect.

After coming back from San Antonio, I continued to work out everyday. Swimming, core strength, etc. All was going well, then I met with my trainer and tried to work out, but something was wrong. I was drastically out of breath that day. No where near what I was when I went to the hospital, but it definitely worried me. Unfortunately since then I got a normal cold, clogged up my nose and typical flem in the throat type stuff. Making it difficult to do much of anything that takes some cardio.

This past weekend probably pushed back my training by 2-3 weeks :-/ My company flew us all down to San Antonio for the Christmas party. So Friday was blown because I flew out early and went straight to the party. Saturday was blown because of Friday night at the party
We all drank too much and then half of us had to get back on a plane and fly home Saturday morning. So Saturday was useless as well. My mom flew in an hour before I landed on Saturday, so I was with her and decided not to go to the gym Sunday and spend it with her instead. I was probably still feeling lazy.
Today is now Monday… I’m planning on going to the gym, if nothing else, but at least for a little while. I still have to get home and work on some software as well…. we’ll see how all this will go.

Thanksgiving was just a couple days ago and I neglected to post anything about what I’ve been doing.
I made it to the gym on Friday, Saturday and Monday. I’ll have to look up exactly what I did, because I don’t remember.
